Nuuk is an Arctic metropolis with a small town feel, shaped by nature and known for its cultural diversity. Here legends and traditions are reinterpreted by local artists, musicians, and designers. The city offers a wide selection of events that can enlighten you and pique your curiosity. In the list below you will find a broad selection of what to expect.

The list is depending on what is planned and officially announced. It can be a friday afternoon concerts or the annual international film festival in Katuaq Cultural Centre, or the big recurrent music festivals Akisuanerit or the annual Nuuk Snow festival. Or you can find tours organized by the local hiking community, skiing events, fleamarkets, nitting cafées or the like.
