Sisorarfiit Skiliften – Winter Sports in Nuuk
Sisorarfiit Skiliften operates three lifts — a small lift, a main lift, and a top lift — providing runs suited for both beginners and more experienced skiers and snowboarders. The centre is open from January through April, with extended hours on weekends and public holidays. A snowscooter lift to the top is also available for those who want to reach the summit without skiing up.
Ski and snowboard equipment can be rented on-site, including skis, boots, poles, snowboards, and helmets. Helmets are required for all visitors. Day passes, 7-day passes, and season passes are available, with discounted rates for children, students, and pensioners. Children under 17 ski for free on weekdays during normal opening hours.
The centre also has a cafeteria, which can be rented out for private events outside the regular season. A mini ski lift in Nuussuaq operates on selected weekdays when snow conditions allow.
