Nivi opened as Nuuk's new flagship restaurant after two years of construction, located at Aqqusinersuaq 12 in the city centre. The building is designed to reflect the Greenlandic landscape - large windows reference water and ice, the concrete base echoes the bedrock and mountains, and the wooden slats on the facade and interior pay tribute to Greenlandic kayak-building traditions.

Inside, the restaurant is divided into a main dining area, a lounge, and a rooftop. The concept is built around sharing - small bites from across the world, served alongside Greenlandic ingredients and materials that appear both on the menus and on the walls. Table booking and takeaway are both available.
