This itinerary presents a blend of natural splendor and cultural richness. Ascend Mount Quassussuaq for breathtaking fiord views, savor the tranquility of Kapisillit with immersive activities and serene accommodations, and return to Nuuk for a day of cultural discovery, from the National Museum to local artistry.

Day 1

The city from above

  • Guided hike to the top of mount Quassussuaq. Enjoy your first Greenlandic dinner overlooking the world’s second-largest fiord

Day 2-3

Kayak, Hike & Explore in Kapisillit

  • Catch the boat in the morning to the functioning village Kapisillit and enjoy the fiord scenery on your way (2 hours)
  • Settle in your cabin and feel the calm and beauty fill you up. All meals and activities are included.
  • Spend your days exploring the village, kayaking or hiking around Kapisillit e.g. the 10 km. ice fiord trail

Day 4

Cultural immersion

  • Pick up in the morning and head back to Nuuk
  • Visit the National Museum – guided or by your self
  • Time by yourself to visit local crafts and design shops and enjoy city life
  • Farwell dinner – tasting menu at a local restaurant
